Quest - Lorch & Tiburon

The quest to recruit Lorch is long and complicated. Refer to the following map for the approximate locations of various event triggers.

 

 

Lost Time/Finder's Keepers
Objective : Tiburon Character Card
Prerequisite : character lvl50

  1. Talk to Lorch and accept his request.
  2. Go to Grandma Arcade and walk over the Lost Time trigger spot.
  3. Talk to all the NPCs nearby, including those around the PVP Officer.
  4. Talk to the Girl in front of the PVP Officer to receive the next clue.
  5. Go to F5 and talk to the Boy.
  6. Go to J7 and talk to Tiburon, the Backstreet Boy. There are two options:-
    • Pay 200,000 vis, or
    • Pay 20,000 vis to start an instanced mission involving combat. Defeat Tiburon (and Ramiro and Isabella if they appear) to proceed.
  7. Talk to Tiburon again to receive Tiburon Character Card as well as the required quest item.
  8. Return to Lorch.

 

 

Tortoise Powder
Objective : prerequisite quest
Prerequisite : character lvl50

This is a continuation of the previous quest-line.

  1. Talk to Lorch and accept his request. It may require repeated conversations before the option to acccept the quest shows up in the dialog.
  2. Go to Porto Bello Deserted Quay and hunt Steel Armored Tortoises for the required 60 quest items. Drop rate for the quest item is poor.
  3. Return to Lorch.

 

 

Road to Independence I
Objective : prerequisite quest
Prerequisite : character lvl50

This is a continuation of the previous quest-line.

  1. Walk over the Independence I trigger spot near the exit to Theuringen Lakeside to start an instanced mission involving combat. Talk to the NPCs inside and defeat the subsequent mobs to proceed.
  2. Talk to Lorch.

 

 

Secret Admirer
Objective : prerequisite quest
Prerequisite : character lvl50

This is a continuation of the previous quest-line.

  1. Talk to Isabella.
  2. Talk to Lorch.
  3. Talk to Isabella to start an instanced mission involving combat with Isabella.
  4. Talk to Isabella again.
  5. Return to Lorch.

 

 

Road to Independence II
Objective : prerequisite quest
Prerequisite : character lvl50

This is a continuation of the previous quest-line.

  1. Walk over the Independence II trigger spot near the Precious Metal Merchant to start an instanced mission involving combat.
  2. Talk to Lorch.

 

 

Materials for a Shotgun
Objective : Dread Buster, Stun Gun, or Poison Shooter
Prerequisite : character lvl50

This is a continuation of the previous quest-line.

  1. Talk to Lorch and accept his request. It may require repeated conversations before the option to acccept the quest shows up in the dialog.
  2. Choose any one of the shotguns and hunt the respective creatures for the required quest items:-
    • Dread Buster
      • Hermits in Dr. Torsche's Mansion Savage Garden,
      • Bears in Rion Prarie, and
      • Hollow Footmen in Dr. Torsche's Mansion Reception Hall or Grand Library.
    • Stun Gun
      • Doggy Panzers in Rion Prarie, El Tejado Verde, or Pradera de Ceniza,
      • Doggy Bombers in Rion Prarie, El Tejado Verde, or Pradera de Ceniza, and
      • Hollow Footmen in Dr. Torsche's Mansion Reception Hall or Grand Library.
    • Poison Shooter
      • Red Striped Spiders in Pradera de Ceniza,
      • Wolves in Rion Prarie, and
      • Hollow Footmen in Dr. Torsche's Mansion Reception Hall or Grand Library.
  3. Return to Lorch.

 

 

Testing the Performance of the New Weapon
Objective : prerequisite quest
Prerequisite : character lvl50

This is a continuation of the previous quest-line.

  1. Walk over the Indepence I trigger near the exit.
  2. Talk to Lorch to start an instanced mission involving combat. Defeat Lorch to proceed.
  3. Talk to Lorch.

 

 

Mors Sola
Objective : Lorch Purrhollen Character Card
Prerequisite : character lvl50

This is a continuation of the previous quest-line.

  1. Walk over the Mors Sola I trigger spot near Baek Ho.
  2. Talk to Lorch.
  3. In the instanced mission, defeat all the mobs to proceed.
  4. Talk to Lorch again.
  5. Walk over the Mors Sola II trigger spot near Gurtrude.
  6. Return to Lorch to receive Lorch Purrhollen Character Card and the shotgun crafted in the previous quest.

  1. Talk to Gurtrude.
  2. Go to various levels of Prision de Jaquin and click on the following Gulog Furnaces to receive the required quest items:-
    • Mohrgus - B8, D5, I9
    • Altar of Despair - J11
    • Torture Chamber - B9, J5
    • Schvarliere - A6, B7
    • Gehenna Bridge - F3, F10
  3. Return to Gurtrude.

 

 

Objective : Gurtrude Peterson Character Card
Prerequisite : none

This is a continuation of the previous quest-line.

  1. Talk to Gurtrude.
  2. Go to G5 of Cite de Reboldoeux and talk to Brunie. Give her 5,000 vis to proceed.
  3. Go to F8 of Cite de Reboldoeux and talk to Eusebio. Give him 20 Bulks of Gold to proceed. Bulk of Gold is a common drop in the region of Jaquin.
  4. Go to E8 of Cite de Reboldoeux and talk to Domingo.
  5. Return to Gurtrude to receive Gurtrude Peterson Character Card.

This very first quest is received as part of the introductory tutorial quests from Lyndon and Christelle.

  1. Talk to Christelle right outside the Office of Pioneering Support to receive the quest.
  2. Talk to Najib.
  3. Talk to Vera. She is at D9 of Cite de Reboldoeux.
  4. Return to Najib.

  1. Talk to Najib.
  2. Go to Al Quetz Moreza and hunt Vedanobahs for the required quest items.
  3. Return to Najib to receive Freestyle Shot Stance Book.

  2. Go to Tetra Golden Road and hunt Rufus Reapers for the required quest items.

  2. Go to Porto Bello or Porto Bello Deck and hunt Mermen for the required quest items.
  3. Return to Najib to receive the Barkir Rifle.

This is a continuation of the previous quest-line.

  1. Talk to Najib.
  2. Go to Thueringenwald and hunt the following creatures for the required quest items:-
    • Chrysanthemum Gorillas,
    • Geranium Gorillas, and
    • Hydrangea Gorillas.
  3. Go to G7 of Thueringenwald and click on the rock to start an instanced mission involving combat. Defeat the lvl52 boss inside to continue.
  4. Return to Najib.

This is a continuation of the previous quest-line.

  1. Talk to Najib.
  2. Talk to Vera.
  3. Go to H10 of Port of Coimbra and talk to the Man with Serious Face.
  4. Go to Porto Bello Hold and hunt Zavi di Gavis or Dumanons for the required quest items.
  5. Return to the Man with Serious Face.
  6. Go to I7 of Port of Coimbra and talk to the Woman with Concerned Look.
  7. Go to G4 of Port of Coimbra and talk to Nunez.
  8. Return to the Man with Serious Face.
  9. Return to Najib.

This is a continuation of the previous quest-line.

  1. Talk to Najib.
  2. Hunt the following creatures for the required quest items:-
    • Haunted Candles in Dr. Torsche's Mansion Savage Garden or Reception Hall, and
    • Haunted Desks in Dr. Torsche's Mansion Grand Library.
  3. Return to Najib.

  2. Go to El Tejado Verde and hunt the following creatures for the required quest items:-
