2. The in-game english label for her is 'Emilia Lunatic', which sounds ridiculous, so I'm continuing using the original 'Reckless Emilia' name from the introductory trailer here.
Reckless Emilia has all wizard stances except for 'Darkness'. She gets her own exclusive 'Madness' expert stance in place of 'Darkness', and she has her own personal skill 'Safe Guard' in place of normal Emilia's 'Healing'.
She does not have First Aid.
'Madness' requires Aries.
Details on her stances and stats to come later on a separate update. Her quest is insane. ~_~
3. The 'Psychic Sphere' is the bullet for Reckless Emilia's exclusive stance, much like the warlock's 'Elemental Sphere'.
