1. Revised veteran range content.
- lowered level limit for NPC quests in Reboldoeux and Coimbra.
- lowered level limit for Pioneer Memorial quests in Al Quetz Moreza, Tetra Great Ruins, and Porto Bello fields and dungeons.
- reduced difficulty of some quests.
- increased difficulty of some missions, with Bellem Boxes added as additional reward for mission completion.
- doubled drop rate of quest items for [Fantastic Feathers], [Escudo Pescher Hunt], and [Explosive Supply].
- added Claude Baudez "Silver Baron" enhancement quest. Quest can be initiated by drag-and-dropping the Silver Baron item onto the NPC Claude Baudez.
2. Revised Market system.
- reduced Market registration tax from previous 1% to current 0.1%.
- removed "Hide Family Name" surcharge.
3. Added Colony Material Supplies feature.
- quest can be received from the Material Supplies Officer NPC located in the major towns during the weekly Colony War hours.
- Strange Sphere item will only drop when Colony Material Supplies is in progress.
4. Added system notification feature to broadcast message when a member of own faction gets player-killed by members from opposing factions.
- message is not displayed if "Hide Faction Members Connect/Zone Movement" option is checked.
5. Added option to hide faction members' zone movement messages.
- if this option is enabled, no messages will be displayed when a party member gets player-killed by members from opposing factions.

12. Fixed an issue with "Mute Sound Effects" option not muting character voices.
13. Fixed an issue with Faction List showing members last online date as 06/08/13.
