1. Changed details of Colony War.
- next occupation target will be revealed 10 minutes before start of Colony War.
- added Colony Manager Warp feature. Movement to other Colony Managers can be done at the cost of 1 Platinum Bar.
- reduced HP of Satellite Spots.
- changed Teleport Scroll to be useable during Colony War.
