1. Changed part of the Town Movement feature.
- added shortcut (Alt+F3).
- Town Movement UI will be displayed automatically when moving to Reboldoeux, Coimbra, and Auch.
2. Changed Level-up Buff's tooltip.
3. Reset the skill levels of some stances. Changed stance levels to 25. Applicable to following list of stances.
