2. Catherine is not affected. This change is applicable to Construction and Structure Build only. I haven't got time to figure out where exactly all the rounding occurs yet, but the new formula for the constructions' AR/DR is roughly CharLevel/4 + (CharDR+SkillLevel)/2, with additional regular bonuses from character promotion and hammer options.

5. Applicable to melee and range stances only. Where the original damage calculation was (left hand ATK + right hand ATK)/2 * skill damage modifier, the new damage calculation is (left hand ATK + right hand ATK)/1.75 * skill damage modifier.
