1. Improved stats of some characters.
- improved Gertrude's AGI by 5.
- improved Gracielo's CON by 5.
2. Modified Dressing Room and Character Compendium such that they cannot be opened while Market, Cabinet, and Personal Shop windows are opened.
3. Fixed Windows Key to be usable when a windowed mode GE Client is disabled.
