1. Added Hostile Faction Resistance skills.
- from the Faction Information Window (Alt+T), the faction skills can be used against the targetted faction at the cost of accumulated Faction Resistance points.
- Field of Chaos, Stun Wave: can be used against members of Faction A in all zones using accumulated Resistance against Faction A.
- Mass Teleport, Leader's Grace: can be used during Colony War hours in areas occupied by Faction A using accumulated Resistance against Faction A.
- Hostile Faction Resistance skills can only be used by the Faction Leader.
2. Changed the maximum count of Declaration of War to 10.
3. Increased the number of Expanded Warp Slot from previous 10 to 20.
- for the Test Server, Warp List Expansion - 20 (1-day) and Warp List Expansion - 10 (30-day) items will be compensated.
4. Changed elite items under level 84 to drop with a chance of enhancements and sockets already applied.
5. Added Shiny Crystal payment method for entry to Demonic missions in Bounty Hunter's Guild.
6. Changed items with under 26 ratings to use Shiny Crystals instead of Strengthening Accelerators as catalysts when attempting to enhance the items above +5.
7. Added bust morphing for Wizard, Adelina, Adelina the Pirate, and Hellena.
- in the case of Wizard, bust morphing does not apply for some costumes.
8. Increased the maximum number of members for Pioneer Faction to 3000.
9. Changed Novice items such that they can be sold to NPC stores.
- moved Novice Soul Crystal to the general inventory.
10. Fixed an issue with Event Fortify Ring being dropped in some raids and roulettes.
- all Event Fortify Rings will be changed to Fortify Rings.
11. Deleted Colony Managers.
12. Changed the Equipment and Firearm merchants located in Ustiur Base Camp to sell Settler's Equipment in their catalogues.
13. Made family names visible to members of the same team while inside World Cross PVP Team mode.
14. Fixed an issue with the male Scout Type 2 character having odd appearance while wearing face accessories.
15. Fixed an issue with Violeta Hat and Colonel Cut items being classified wrongly.
16. Fixed an issue with Wave of Steel item being classified wrongly.
17. Fixed an issue with Pet Lover's quest mail not appearing.
18. Fixed an issue with the Nar character having odd facial appearance while in the Figure pose.
19. Fixed an issue with the effect of Bleed debuff not being displayed.
20. Fixed the range of Mir Fire used by Wight.
21. Fixed an issue with Paralyzed debuff being applied while in state of Redemption buff.
22. Fixed the equipped orientation for the Cuspid of Steel and Elite Cuspid of Steel items.
23. Fixed various typographical errors.
