1. Deleted the Cash Item Merchant NPCs from Bahamar Base Camp and Port of Gigante.
2. Fixed an issue with some debuffs being applied while in state of Redemption buff.
3. Changed Previous Start Location to be the same as New Start Location after returning to barracks from the Castilla region.
4. Fixed an issue with the Colony Manager not appearing inside La Tierra Del Amor.
5. Fixed an issue with some quests having the wrong progress location displayed.
6. Fixed an issue preventing quest progress when the Quest Mail button under the Quest Information Window's Quest Content is pressed.
7. Fixed an issue with the Reboldoeux Deputy Pioneer Officer's abnormal face graphics.
