1. Fixed an issue with 'Al Quetz Moreza, Holy Water Chamber' quest where, upon returning to barracks after mission failure, speaking with Ortega again on subsequent attempts does not remove the rotating blades.
2. Added 'Romina' description to Emilia's constellation stance book selection when choosing 'Flintlock - Rescue Knight'.
