1. Changed Item Production skills such that the production window cannot be reused after item production.
2. Fixed an issue that causes client disconnection when producing items via recipes.
3. Fixed an issue with 'Protection of the Center Spot' buff not being applied properly.
4. Fixed the displayed item level of Elite Trump weapons.

Not really sure what buff this is. I think it's one of the temporary Colony War buffs.
