The Elephant pet was released to tGE quite some time ago. It's really quite awesome, context and all. I don't know what it does or how to get it though, since I can't read Thai. Do drop me a mail if you're literate in the language.
The Tiger pets were released to rGE/SotNW/twGE quite some time ago as well, but kGE just got them as event pets for the upcoming Year of the Tiger. Their functions in kGE are little bit different, and better. Kekeke.
