Mission - Bounty Hunter's Guild

The Bounty Hunter's Guild can be accessed from all major towns.

The Bounty Hunter's Guild serves as alternative "free" EXP-grind location to the Premium Dungeons. The Bounty Hunter missions have strict level range restrictions and entry requires various amount of Family Reputation or items (Lump of Silver or Lump of Platinum, which are available from all Item Dealer merchants).

The main loot gains from Bounty Hunter missions are Tokens and Enchantment Chips. Tokens can be used to purchase various items from the Bounty Hunter stores, including cash shop wings, promotion scrolls, stance books, necklaces, rare crafting materials, and so on. Actual store content varies according to patch version, so refer to in-game stores for full list of items.

Additionally, from v4.7.5 onwards, the final bosses in these missions will drop Roulette chests on death, which reward two random items to all participating families. The Jack Space NPC will also be providing a series of normal mob hunt quests which award bonus Tokens upon completion of hunts.

Very rarely, upon defeat of a final boss, a Warp Gate will appear, which will lead to a separate 1-minute instance called "Generous Room" containing an unlimited number of Treasure Monsters that drop Sunstones on death.

Cooldown for all missions is normally 1 day, however, a same mission can be performed again at the cost of some Lump of Silver items (or a Lump of Platinum in the case of Sedecram -> Occulta) upon completion of the immediate lower tier mission. For example, upon completion of the Demonic Sedecram Dungeon, a family can play the Demonic Bahamar Dungeon and pay the required 3x Lump of Silver re-entry fee to the Treasure Hunter NPC who appears at the end of the mission for a chance to play the Demonic Sedecram Dungeon again on the same day.

    RES: Fire 85, Ice 85, Lightning 85, Mental 30

Location: C4 of Prison de Jaquin, Torture Chamber
Cooldown: 1 day

Prerequisite: completed Valeria recruitment quest, member of party with same faction affiliation as the party in possession of the Event Colony

How to Play: The Jaquin Underground Prison raid admits maximum 5 families. The mission lasts 90 minutes. Following is the mission flow:-

  1. Mission starts at F12. Clear all normal mobs within the starting area to unlock the portal at the end of the corridor at F10. Normal mobs have around 70 AR/DR, and consist of Human, Lifeless, and Undead.
  2. Families will be transported to the junction at F9. Defeat the three Elite Veilants located at D8, F8, and H9 as well as the subsequent Elite Bioman located at F4 to unlock the portal at F4. (Should the squad decide to split up at this part, there are two additional portals for use at E6 and H6, which lead to the same subsequent place.)
  3. Families will be individually and randomly transported to one of the ten rooms at F/G3. Most of the rooms contain one Kingdom Ogre each. Defeat the Kingdom Ogre to move another one of the ten rooms. One of the rooms contains a red portal, which will lead to the final boss room.
  4. Defeat the Elite Kingdom Ogre located at F2.
  5. Defeat Testormento located at the other end of the room at F2.

The Event Colony is a new feature of the Colony War system implemented in mid v4. At the start of each week's Colony War, a random colony will be designated as the Event Colony. The party that manages to claim the colony at the end of the war will claim the rights to perform the Jaquin Underground Prison raid for all parties with the same faction affiliation as it does. For example, if the Event Colony is Bonavista Tributary, and a Royalist party manages to claim the Bonavista Tributary colony at the end of the war, then all Royalist parties will be able to perform this raid mission for the following week. Likewise for the Republicans. If the Event Colony falls into the hands of a neutral party, then the raid cannot be performed by anyone.

This raid is best done with minimum 1 dedicated tanker (with Crusader and Provoke) and ~2 mental-type damagers in squad. Reckless Emilia is recommended, as many of the normal mobs cannot hit air, but the Warlock works great here too.

Additionally, each family should have a line-up capable of soloing the Kingdom Ogre in the 10 random rooms, which means a minor tanker (heavy armour melee, evasion scout, etc) and ideally some mental-type damage-dealer. Families that are unable to solo the Kingdom Ogre will be stuck in the random-room stage.

One of the ten random rooms contains a Treasure Chest instead of a Kingdom Ogre. The chest drops some random goodies like Platinum Bars, Sun Stones, Mystic Ampules, Bellem's Boxes, and so on. It's nothing major, but if lucky, it's entirely possible to move to the final boss room without having to fight a single Kingdom Ogre. (Don't count on this happening too often; on average, it takes about 2~3 Kingdom Ogre kills to reach the final room. ^^)

The Kingdom Ogres and Testormento bosses here have several obvious attack skills that takes time to charge up, so observe their attack patterns and learn when to run and when to attack. The AR/DR requirements for the mission are obviously high, but other than that, the mission is quite straightforward and can be completed quickly by well-equipped Masters.

Testormento will increase its own stats at about 50% health, and further down, it will first summon a wave of normal mobs, and finally two more Elite Kingdom Ogres.

Testormento will drop a roulette chest on death, which rewards two random items to every family that made it to the final boss room. Potential drops are very high quality, including accessory items, constellation weapon recipes, elite armour recipes, 32 AR weapon items, recipes of Tormento, Eye of Veilant, and Marcia's Poleaxe (high ATK Blunt, Greatsword, and Polearm used by various mobs in this raid), and, most importantly, Valeria's exclusive [Innocentio] stance book.

Mission - Dr. Torsche's Mansion Basement

Dr. Torsche's Mansion Basement

Boss:

  • Victor (lvl135)
    lifeless / light / none / medium
    hp: 5,080,582
    AR / ATK: 69 / 13371
    DR / DEF: 69 / 178
    RES: Fire 30, Ice 30, Lightning 30, Mental 30

Normal Mobs (in accordance with room numbers):

  1. Walter (lvl120)
  2. Helena (123)
  3. Sasha (lvl125)
  4. Llyod (lvl128)
  5. Pyg (lvl130)
  6. Wight (lvl130)
  7. Gwraig (lvl130)

Location: D2 of Torsche Mansion Savage Garden
Cooldown: 1 day

Prerequisite: Expert, completed Catherine Torsche recruitment quest
Entry Cost: A Lump of Platinum x1 or Piece of Otite x100

How to Play: The Torsche Mansion Basement raid admits minimum 2 and maximum 4 families. Additional Pieces of Otite are required for buff purposes within the mission. The mission lasts 60 minutes. Following is the mission flow:-

  1. Dr Torsche announces the number of magical traps at the start of mission. This number, divided by 7, provides the code required to unlock Room #1. For example, if Dr Torsche says that are "42 magical traps", then the code for Room #1 is 42 / 7 = 6.
  2. Split the participating families into two teams, with one team going through the mission at the northern side and another team at the southern side.
  3. Once in Room #1, a permanent status causing rapid HP drain will be applied. This can be circumvented temporarily by clicking on the crystal structures to receive the Torsche's Liberation buff. This action cost 10 Pieces of Otite each time.
  4. At both northern and southern Room #1, defeat Walters to get them to drop the coded stones. Clicking on the stones will reveal the code engraved on them. For each side, keep clicking on these stones until the required code number appears. Once both sides hit the required code, Dr Torsche will announce that Room #1 has been successfully cleared. For example, if the required code is 6, then the stones last clicked by both northern and southern teams in Room #1 on their respective sides must have the number 6 on them.
  5. The codes required for the subsequent rooms are based on the first code, and they are simply the previous code +1 up to the maximum of 7, at which point, the code starts increasing back at 1. For example, if the code for Room #1 is 6, then the codes for Room #2 to #7 are 7, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 respectively.
  6. Unlock all rooms using the map above as room number guide. (There is no need to unlock them in any order, and there is no need to work on any pair of rooms at the same time, so it does not matter if both sides progress at different speed. All the rooms will be unlocked as long as the required codes are in place.)
  7. Once all rooms are unlocked, portals will appear in the middle of all rooms at both sides, which will lead to the two Victor rooms.
  8. Once the Victors on both sides are defeated, the Treasure Chest will appear in the final room, which can be unlocked using the Treasure Box Key purchased from the Bounty Hunter's Guild at the cost of 3 Veteran Tokens each.

Thanks to PE for figuring out the steps to this mission. This is certainly one complicated mission.

Some parts of this mission has been changed in v4.7, though the flow is the same for versions prior. For earlier versions, the Torsche's Liberation buff lasts much shorter, there are 3 Victors instead of 2, and the final Treasure Chest is a normal chest (and not a Roulette).

I keep forgetting to take note of the stats for the normal mobs, but they are available for view on jGE's wiki (external link). Anyway, everything in this mission is Lifeless, and the normal mobs have AR/DR ranging from 60 to 65. Walter does Fire-based damage, Sasha does Lightning-based damage, and Wight does Mental-based damage.

The mission is relatively easy for Master characters. For fighter types, it's less painful to go through the mission on leather armour due to various elemental mob damage. The stones can be hard to target if there are too many mobs, and this can be alleviated by reducing the Monster slider in Game Options (Alt+O) to 0. The walls of the narrow corridors can sometimes get in the way of the camera, and this can be alleviated by using the "/camcol off" command.

Each Victor will drop 5 Veteran Enchantment Chips, 5 Gold Bars, some Honour Cards (which adds Family Reputation), and possibly some other rare loots on death. In addition, there's some chance for 10 Treasure Mobs to spawn in the Victor rooms, and these will drop Sun Stones on death.

The final Treasure Chest will reward random items via Roulette style to all participating families. (I don't know what the best possible loot for this mission is, but the common rewards include Veteran Chips, Gloves/Boots, level 100 30AR weapons, 27DR armours, and things along that line.)

Location: via Secret Vault Guard located at E2 of Cite de Reboldeoux
Cooldown: 1 day

Prerequisite: one Hellena character in squad
Entry Cost: Family Reputation x500

How to Play: The Arsene's Secret Vault raid requires minimum 2 and maximum 8 participating families, with 1 family having the Hellena character in its line-up, and another family as the main attacker. MCC3 is allowed. Hellena must not die in this mission. The mission will fail at the moment Hellena dies without any chance for recovery. Mission lasts 30 minutes. Following is the mission flow:-

  1. Hellena must click on the green arrow to start the mission. This starting room is empty, so get all buffs ready here before proceeding.
  2. In Room #1, the main attacker must click on the Warp Gate and move to the side room to confront Celine. Room #1 will be filled with normal mob, and Hellena must stay alive in there while waiting for the main attacker to defeat Celine. All other participating families will remain in the same room as Hellena, so they can help with keeping Hellena alive. Once Celine retreats, click on the green arrow to proceed to the next room.
  3. Repeat above step with Prost, Emily, and Mario to reach the final room.
  4. Celine reappears in the final room. Prost, Emily, and Mario will also reappear as Celine's health falls to various levels. Defeat all. The final room will be filled with normal mob as well, but defeating the bosses will stop them from spawning.

Normal mobs in the raid missions are Heart, Luck, Wealth, and Honour. These are Lifeless with ~60AR/DR and, apart from their annoying dash attacks, they aren't hard to defeat.

The bosses have various tricks and status attacks, but nothing particularly difficult, so I'm not going describe those in details.

The primary drops for the Chateau raid are recipes for Tickets to Arsene Circus (required for crafting of Trump Weapons and Armours, dropped by Arsene and sidekicks), veteran gloves and boots (Arsene), Veteran and 100 Enchantment Chips (Arsene and sidekicks), and coloured ores (normal mobs). Rarer drops from Arsene include recipes for 32AR weapons and 28/29DR armours. The Arsene Treasure Chest will appear occasionally, which can be opened using the Arsene Secret Key for more rewards, including various high level recipes.

The primary drops for the Secret Vault raid are recipes for Trump Armours (expert 30DR Armours with innate 1500HP and 150SP bonus, chippable with Veteran Chips; dropped by Celine), Arsene Secret Key (dropped by Celine), Chain, Buckle, and Tough Leather (required for crafting various accessories, dropped by Celine), Trump Card Pieces (required for crafting of Trump Armours, dropped by all bosses), Liquefied Gas and Magical Powered Amethyst (required for crafting various earrings and belts, dropped by all bosses), and Honour Cards (gives 100 Family Reputation, dropped by all bosses).

For Hellena to survive without assistance from other families in the Secret Vault raid, she must have either ~63DR to reduce damage received from the normal mobs to minimum, or good Lifeless bracelets (very good e84s are enough) to clear them quickly before she gets overwhelmed. It's not actually necessary to defeat the normal mobs, so running in circles suffice. Celine's attacks sometimes inflict Armour Crasher, so avoid getting Celine's attention onto Hellena, otherwise Hellena will die a quick death.

Both are fun and rewarding missions, and which to play depends on your priorities. The Secret Vault raid is useful for advanced players looking to upgrade their armours and craft their earrings and belts. The Chateau mission is easier for beginners looking for chips and other loots to sell and use.

Mission - Castilla Relic

The entrance to Castilla Relic lies at the end of the Castilla Ruins. Movement throughout the Castilla Ruins requires Relic of Ancient Pieces and Gold Relic of Ancient Pieces. Castilla Ruins is accessible either by clearing the Castilla Mine mission or via the Castilla waypoint after completion of Castilla Episode 1.

The Castilla Relic is a special raid with several bosses situated at regular intervals. The mission starts with 30 minutes base time, and every boss defeated will add additional 15 minutes to mission time as well as grant access to deeper parts of the relic.

In addition to the base raid as well as the main Castilla Episode 2 quest-line, the NPC Luciano has a list of repeatable hunt missions for the bosses in Castilla Relic.

I'll just describe the bosses briefly:-

  2. Lava Leaf: Good old Lava Leaf.

  4. Arito: Uses melee attacks with chance to Freeze and Armour Crash. Summons large flock of Ancient Warriors at various health levels.
  5. Hadeon: Uses range attacks with chance to Shock and Armour Crash. Summons large flock of Ancient Warriors at various health levels.
  6. Nana: Uses melee attack with chance to Burn. Goes invisible (and needs to be revealed with Detection).
  7. Tempest: Summons Wetis, Arito, and Hadeon at start of combat, which in turn summon large flocks of Ancient Warriors. Uses melee attacks with chance to Burn, Freeze, and Shock. Uses massive AOE with high damage. Uses Ancient Chaos debuff.

Mission - Castilla Mine

The Castilla Mine is a special raid with several bosses situated at regular intervals. The mission starts with 30 minutes base time, and every boss defeated will add additional 15 minutes to mission time as well as grant access to deeper sections of the mine.

In addition to the base raid as well as the main Castilla Episode 1 quest-line, there are two additional sets of activities to be done within the Mine.

The first involves the NPC Luciano's list of repeatable boss and normal mob hunt missions, which rewards 500 points of Family Reputation for every 5 boss-kills and 100 points for every 30 mob-kills.

The second involves the NPC Billy's mining requests.

Most of the crystal clusters inside the Mine are decorative and non-interactive, but a few of them are actually clickable. The mouse icon will change to the Talk icon on mouseover if a particular crystal cluster is clickable. There many fixed locations where these clickable crystals can spawn, and the game randomly chooses a few for every Castilla Mine instance generated.

The mining action requires the Pickaxe item purchaseable from Billy. To mine, simply click on a clickable crystal, select the type of Pickaxe to use, and pick up the ores that are dropped onto the ground.

The enemies in the mission have low AR, but their ATK values are very high, and they don't miss all that often against high DR anyway (even Ararat can hit targets with 70DR), so the first few bosses will be quite irritating with their status attacks and the last few bosses will really hurt a lot with their skills. The best counter is to have a good set of racial weapons and a good mix of disabler (Stun, Freeze, etc) skills and weapons.

I'll just describe the bosses briefly:-

  1. Ararat: Uses Fear and Drill skills. Summons mini Ararats which use the same skills.
  2. Phobitan: Uses Atomic Crazy Rush and Dragon Kick skills. Summons various types of Phobitans.
  3. Basilisk: Uses mental breath and laser attacks. Increases ATK and DEF dramatically when near death (the ATK bonus makes its attacks very likely to 1hko its target). Initial area fills with Celemantises and Imagos with Poison breath attacks over time.
  4. Blink Dog: Uses Fear and Bite attacks. Initial area starts with many Demonisches with Sleep attacks.
  5. Chrysalist: Sits in a pit about 4m away from nearest land, so it can only be hit by distance attacks, like Uraeus but nearer. Casts massive AOE attack which can 1hko ground characters with low-to-mid 60's DR (harmless for better equipped or flying characters). Initial area starts with several Fanatics with Fear attacks.
  6. Golden Spider: Uses Knockback attacks. Initial area starts with several other types of Spiders with Web, Poison, and Knockback attacks.
  7. Chimera: Uses various elemental skills and attacks. Summons Dreamblades. Initial area fills with Artic Dracane with lightning range attacks over time.
  8. Argus: Uses usual mental skills and attacks. Increases ATK periodically. Initial area starts with several Rocks and fills with eggs which will hatch into Bribantras over time.
  9. Skull: Uses various elemental skills (same as the one in Secret Temple). Initial area starts with several melee Skeletons.
  10. Dekaravia: Uses various elemental skills. Casts Curse debuff (increase damage received). Casts Ancient Chaos debuff (affected characters randomly attack friends and foes, and also become targettable by friendly fire; effect lasts 10+ seconds). Permanently increases its own DR by 1 occasionally (this is stackable, and if taken too long to defeat, it can make its own DR go all the way up to 75+++, which pretty much makes it impossible to kill without super weapons at that point). Initial area starts with several melee Skeletons and fills with more range Skeletons over time.

Basilisk, Argus, and Dekaravia will each drop a Roulette Chest upon defeat, which rewards all families within the mission 2 random items each. The items are drawn from a huge list that includes 26AR/DR equipments, 30AR weapons, 27DR armours, coloured ores, recipes (Dragon Heart, ultimate gems, accessories, etc), rings, and many others. These three also happen to be the most difficult bosses in the mission.

Chrysalist will drop nothing.

The rest of the main bosses will drop an assortment of Mega Ores (including Mega Quartz), Feso Stones, Relic pieces, and some other miscellaneous materials.

Blink Dog and Golden Spider will drop an assortment of Pure Ores and the occasional Relic pieces (just like all other normal mobs in the mission). They do not unlock any other boss and they do not increase mission time on death, so it's not necessary to kill them, although getting pass them without gaining their attention is a different matter altogether.

Mission - Federigo

Federigo is located at I9 of City of Auch. Talk to Federigo to exchange for items required for the instanced missions and proceed to the relevant locations to start the missions.

Each Federigo mission requires two items to initiate: a Summon item to open the mission lobby portal, and a Key item for every family joining the mission. In total, for every instanced mission generated, 1 Summon item and as many Key items as there are participating families are consumed.

All Summon and Key items are unique to Federigo's missions and are not to be confused with other items bearing similar names. Materials required by Federigo for production of Summon and Key items are listed in parentheses.

On top of the usual loot dropped by the bosses, a Treasure Chest will appear at the end of each mission which will drop a couple of Mega Talt or Constellation Symbol Box (which in turn drops a random 1 of the 12 types of Constellation Symbol when opened).

Cooldowns are minimum wait-time required before the same mission can be performed again. Cooldowns are reintialized on the 1st of each month, so it is occasionally possible to restart some missions sooner than usual.
